1. Introduction

Welcome to MD Development, LLC, dba Mohawk RV. By using our services, including booking and staying at our RV properties, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Reservation and Payment Policies

  • Booking Requirements: All reservations require a valid credit, debit card or ach info. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless specified otherwise.
  • Rates and Taxes: All rates include applicable taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your arrival date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior will incur a cancellation fee.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: Check-in is available from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability.
  • Check-Out Time: Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Late check-out may incur additional fees and is subject to availability.

4. Guest Responsibilities

  • Site Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for maintaining their site in a clean and orderly manner. Please dispose of all trash in designated receptacles.
  • Pet Policy: Pets are welcome, but must be kept on a leash at all times. Guests must clean up after their pets to ensure the cleanliness of the park.
  • Behavior: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner, with no loud noise or disruptive behavior.

5. Liability

  • Guest Liability: Guests are liable for any damage to property caused by themselves, their family members, or their pets.
  • Resort Liability: Mohawk RV is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Guests assume all risks associated with the use of the facilities.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Open Fires: Open fires are not permitted except in designated fire pits or grills. Please observe all local governmental fire regulations.
  • Unauthorized Vehicles: ATVs, dirt bikes, and other unauthorized vehicles are not allowed within the resort premises.

7. Use of Facilities

  • WiFi and Utilities: High-speed WiFi and full hookups are provided at each site. Guests must use these amenities responsibly to avoid any interruptions of service.
  • Community Amenities: Guests have access to all available community amenities. Please follow posted guidelines to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during the reservation process will only be used for booking and internal purposes. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Mohawk RV reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes that may affect their reservation.
