With a decade of experience in property management, Chris has been at the forefront of Mohawk RV’s growth. After developing the companies first park, he saw a natural opportunity to integrate his existing property management business with co-founder, David Brady, creating a seamless partnership.

David Brady

Co-Founder, Partner

A commercial real estate professional with more than 20 years of industry experience. David is an experienced operator of mobile home communities throughout the Carolinas. At Mohawk RV he oversees the financial goals and ensures the long term health of our assets.

Hannah McKellar

Administrator, Guest Relations

Hannah brings a diverse and dynamic skill set to Mohawk RV. Her background as a paralegal honed her precision and organizational expertise, while her experience as a public school teacher cultivated her ability to manage multiple responsibilities with grace.

On a daily basis, Hannah wears many hats—overseeing guest relations across all Mohawk RV properties, handling advanced accounting, and continuously improving our systems and processes. Her energy and dedication ensure that both our team and our guests have the best possible experience.

Travis Schermerhorn

Regional Manager

Travis’s experience as a landscape architect gives Mohawk RV a keen sense of aesthetics. Additionally, his four years of service in the U.S. Air Force and assistance with property management, have helped him hone his organizational, communication, and maintenance supervision skills.

Travis ensures Mohawk RV campgrounds are well-maintained with his versatile skill set and diligence in problem solving.
